WANGYUAN Top ceramic pre-twisted wire are specifically engineered for overhead transmission and distribution power systems. The strand bodies are manufactured from high-strength hot-dip galvanized steel wire or electrical aluminum alloy wire with UV-resistant polymer through precision twisting process, with uniform pitch, smooth surface and excellent tensile strength, high temperature resistance and anti-fatigue performance. Featuring an innovative helical self-gripping structure, these products evenly disperse the clamping force along the ceramic insulator, effectively avoiding stress concentration and strand damage caused by traditional point-clamping fittings. All products are manufactured in strict accordance with IEC 61284 and relevant international power standards, maintaining stable performance in harsh outdoor environments such as high temperature, high humidity and coastal salt spray.
